Steps

1. Apply base coat and white polish
2. Prepare nails with tape/liquid latex for easy cleanup
3. Fill container with room temperature water
4. Drop polishes in water in a bullseye pattern
5. Create marble pattern with toothpick
6. Dip nail at an angle
7. Clean up and remove tape
8. Apply top coat
